Clean, friendly, quick and delicious. Very reasonably priced. I'd go again. Chow mein & bbq chicken was above average.

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this great place. I am glad to say that we passed a great evening and the place was indeed one of the reasons for the outstanding celebration. The stuff cooperated in a gorgeous way, the meals were great and my friends were extremely pleased. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

If you order the curry dishes then you'll get something great. My friends ordered another dish and was disappointed. I have it 4 starts because I ordered the red curry which was really good.

I'm not sure if it was a one off but on my most recent visit the quality of the food didn't hold up to what it has been during prior visits. It was good and tasty but not amazing.

I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to get to Min's Kitchen but I can tell you honestly that I'll be back over and over again! The food was outstanding and the staff were very nice. We took a family sized order to go and ate at home but the restaurant was full and everyone seemed very happy. The food was AMAZING! We'll be back!

Very clean and accessible restaurant. They provide big meals and for reasonable rates. I loved the meals very much and the staff were super amiable and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I have to say their service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept at all times. Prices are convenient and they serve big portions.

I've driven by this place probably a thousand times and never thought to go in. Last Friday evening, my wife, daughter and I went there for dinner and LOVED IT! The food was great, service was friendly and attentive...and did I say that the Thai food was great? My whole family likes Thai food and we have our favorites, like Hollywood Thai and President's, but this place is right up there with any of them. Definite five stars!

I will say this is one of the friendliest places in whuch I have ever eaten. My guest loved her green curry. I thought the rice was perfectly done. My pad see eww was tasty. The ambiance was neighborly. Parking was accommodating. Great night out!

Such good food, amazing local spot! Had the sizzling steak, spicy eggplant, pineapple rice, tofu pad thai and hot pot soup - all excellent!

I meet friends in this lovely place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot routinely. The cooking is excellent, the staff members are courteous and the prices are fair. I like being in this place over a nice supper.

We have loved Min’s cooking for many years! Everything is prepared with refinement, and we appreciate the fresh ingredients and vegetarian options. The staff is very welcoming, and Min herself always remembers us and asks how we are doing.

Hidden gem. Pad Thai is amazing here, and have been impressed with everything else I've tried. Family run place, dedicated to serving great food. Interior is a bit old, but they've been around a long time, for good reason. Its also rarely overcrowded so a nice spot. Very authentic. Oh, driveway just below it for their parking lot. Had sign up for half off to all uniformed firefighters!! Respect!

The lady in charge was very rude. We go up front to pay and since the service was average and our bill was $45, my wife tipped $5 (which is a little over 10%). My wife signs the check and heads back to the table to grab something she forgot. The lady in charge looks at the receipt and sees that my wife only tipped a little over 10% and proceeds to follow my wife to the back of the saying "So cheap, so cheap!" over and over. Don't eat here unless you want to be harassed for giving anything less than a 40% tip.Food was decent, but the lady in charge was very rude. My wife and I ordered curry, pad see ew, and Thai tea boba. The curry and pad were good but the Thai tea was too small for the price (4 sips and gone) and the boba was mushy instead of chewy.

Having traveled to Thailand three times, I have acquired a taste for Thai cuisine. I looked forward to experiencing the delicious flavors of Thai food on US soil, but was disappointed to find that Min's Kitchen has modified it's menu to suit the local clientele (average age 60) rather than reflect the cuisine of Siam. At best, the menu can be described as generic "Asian" food from flyover country. Unless you are in a real hurry, I would suggest venturing a little further to find authentic Thai food.

I had an extraordinary experience at this place. We liked the nice ambience and the meals. The staff were very welcoming. I am content we eventually managed to eat here.

Food wasn't all that too expensive for what you get. Service was not good. Never again.

The food was okay and the service was horrible. There is an older lady and a younger lady as waitresses. They are super rude.

We met with friends at this restaurant for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely nice and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.

We tried this place on a whim and it turns out its some of the best Thai food we've ever had. Try to Sticky Rice and mango

This is Fort Collins' best upscale place for breakfast. Urban Egg and Rise are close seconds, but just aren't as consistent. I've had the Egg Benedicts, the Breakfast Burrito, the Pancakes, etc. It just seems like you can't go wrong...everything is so good!!! I do wish it were a little less noisy sometimes, but overall, Snooze never disappoints!!!

Definitely a place worth stopping over, the food is excellent and well prepared, the pricing is convenient and it is regularly well organized here. Highly recommended.

I love this place. The staff makes me feel like part of the family, and in a part of the world crowded with Thai restaurants, Min's stands out among the best.

First time trying Min's Kitchen... ordered pickup. The food was good, not cheap but they give big portions. Really liked the Garlic String Beans.. they were crispy & fresh! The Pineapple Fried Rice was good as well but should maybe be called Cabbage Fried Rice seeing that there was barely any pineapple which is kinda all I wanted since I just order with veggies no tofu, no egg, (which they already make it with no egg: )Will probably give it another shot and ask for more pineapple next time.Update: I've gone back a few times & their food always hits the spot! Good place just a little pricey.

My favorite Thai restaurant I have ever been to! Fairly inexpensive with fabulous food and real Thai dishes makes this place amazing. And to add the cherry on top, Min is among one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and she personally will greet and serve you. Love you guys so much, and I will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Very friendly staff. Food was wonderful. Perfect amount of spice & seasonings. My daughter felt like we were eating in someone's home. We will happily dine here again soon.
